The AWA organizes a wide variety of social activities for women with a diverse range of interests. Whether you have young children, love to read, are into tennis, live to travel, want to learn to play mahjong, or just look forward to socializing and going out to eat, AWA has the right group for you.
If volunteering and getting involved in the local community is what you are looking for, AWA is the place to be; there is a dedicated volunteer community program for a wide range of causes.

All events and activities, unless otherwise stated, require registration and payment prior to the event deadline. You can register and pay in a number of ways:
- Call the office and pay with Amex, Visa or MasterCard
- Mail a check made payable to American Women’s Association (please state the event/activity & give a contact number on the back of the check)
- Come by the office and pay in cash, by check, NETS, AMEX, Visa, or MasterCard
In the event of cancellation 96hrs prior to the activity, your AWA account will be credited. In the event of cancellation after this time no credit will be given.
All events, unless otherwise stated, are limited to members and guests 18 years of age and older.
