Women celebrating Women! Please join the AWA for a very special afternoon in March to promote Women Celebrating Women and International Women’s Day!
The first part of the afternoon begins at 1:30pm and includes a private appointment with Louise Hill, renowned artist of Louise Hill Design, at Siri House in Dempsey Hill. Some of her work is on display temporarily in the exhibition room off the restaurant, and for approximately an hour, she will let us join her to talk and see her working on her Limited Edition prints. Siri House and Louise will be offering special discounts and giveaways as part of their collaboration (bring a business card for a drawing later in the Spring). Then a 9 passenger GrabCoach will drive you lucky 8 ladies to Alley on 25 at Andaz Singapore, for an Afternoon Tea Picnic Tea, on Level 25, from 3-5pm. This is locally inspired, whimsical, picnic-themed high tea is perfect for enjoying an afternoon while taking in the Singapore skyline views from the Andaz. Enjoy tiffin carriers filled with sweet and savory treats such as smoked salmon crostini, parma ham toast, and vanilla raisin scones. And, of course, also offered will be the Andaz panda chiffon cake—a reinvention of the classic layered with mousse and a delightful green glaze.
Free flow TWG tea will be offered, as well as homemade lemonade, Andaz iced tea and coffees as a part of the high tea set. The free flow Prosecco/ wines and glasses/bottles of champagne are available at additional cost.
Only 8 members and guests are allowed to this event; no waitlist and no refunds.

You can pay using a PayPal account, or a debit/credit card. To pay with a debit/credit card, when you get to the PayPal screen, please click 'check out as guest'.
AWA REGISTRATION POLICIES:
• Bookings open on the first working day of the month.
• You must register in advance to attend an event.
• If an event is full, please join the waitlist, if one has been created.
• The event ends at approximately the listed time.
• Only adults over 18 years may attend AWA tours unless otherwise designated.
• Family members and out of town guests pay AWA member price, other Singapore residents pay the guest price.
AWA CANCELLATION POLICIES:
• If the event is marked non-refundable, then no refund can be given. You can offer your space to other members via the AWA Facebook Member Community and notify the office of any change.
• All other AWA event fees include a $5 non-refundable cancellation fee. This cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• If an event is not marked as non-refundable, you may cancel your attendance by emailing the event coordinator AND office@awasingapore.org up to 4 working days prior to the event.
• If you paid online, we will refund you via Paypal within 30 days. If you paid by any other method you will be asked for your preferred refund method, cash or check.
• You may transfer your attendance to another AWA member or to another identical event (e.g. Mahjong game to Mahjong game) no less than 4 working days prior to the event, by emailing office@awasingapore.org with the new attendee’s name.
• Cancellations received within 4 working days of the event will not be refunded.
